A seated tasting that tells the story of the Vinhos Verdes region through three wines — one for its past, one for its present, and one for where I believe it’s heading. As you taste, you’ll hear how the region evolved: what changed in the vineyards, in the wines, and in the way they’re made — more in the last thirty years than in the three centuries before. Served with a board of regional cheeses, cured meats and bread, at a wine bar in the heart of Viana. Settle in and take your time.

How the wines are made today, and what changed in the vineyard and in the cellar. Food arrives to prove its gastronomic profile.

Something different to show you where I believe the region is heading with their wines without forgetting its roots.
