Children are welcomed in our tour. We might find alternatives if there’s some food they can’t eat. Let us know in advance so we can prepare.

Activities runs under any weather. Please bring appropriate clothing according to the conditions. In case of local authorities’ warning for extreme weather we will cancel the activity and issue a refund.

It is difficult to provide vegetarian options since we are working mostly with traditional restaurants. But make this request in advance and we will try to provide a suitable solution for you.

It will be difficult to find suitable food for these restrictions at all places since we are eating specific traditional recipes. Let us know in advance so we can try and find appropriate alternatives depending on your restrictions.

Refunds are available up to 48h prior to your reservation’s date and time.

Yes. Our tours run starting from a 2 people group. But if you are a solo traveler, you can find a date where there’s already another booking. Contact us if you need help managing this for you. 

Solo tours are available if you have a special request for us to design an exclusive tour for you.

Experiences can be booked up to 24h before the starting scheduled time if there are spots available.

For practicality, the experiences are held in english. Some specific translations of words and terms might be available to spanish, french or portuguese. If you need any experience for a private group in another language please make the request so we can offer a service proposal.

Tips are not included in the final booking price. Feel free to show your appreciation to our dedicated partners and guides.
